Installation of new high efficient luminaires in the laboratories of the Faculty of Engineering. The new systems are day light controlled.

The reading room of the library Rivero Borrell. In many libraries of UNAM the lighting level is poor and the necessary illuminance level is not achieved. Upgrading the lighting system would bring a better lighting comfort and savings of more than 50%.

After upgrading the lighting system at the library Rivero Borrell the natural daylight is used to reduce artificial lighting and to save electricity.

On the right side of the picture the famous central library of UNAM. In the building on the left side the administration of UNAM is situated. UNAM is home of about 300,000 students.

In this floor the electricity consumption was reduced by 95 percent through the installation of high efficient luminaires combined with a day light control system and movement detector.
